About H2OS
H2OS is building an edge AI water intelligence platform for aquaculture. Our system helps farms move from manual checks and reactive management to continuous monitoring, prediction, and faster operator response.
We are looking for a Marketing Lead to help us tell our story clearly and build market awareness across customers, partners, and investors. This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy, content, and execution in an early-stage startup.
What You'll Do
Build and manage H2OS brand positioning and messaging
Create marketing materials for customers, partners, and investors
Manage website content, product copy, presentations, and case studies
Develop campaigns across LinkedIn, email, events, and digital channels
Support lead generation and top-of-funnel growth
Work with the founder team on product launches, pilot stories, and customer communication
Help prepare trade show materials, demo narratives, and outreach assets
Track campaign performance and improve messaging based on results
Support PR, media, and ecosystem visibility when needed
What We're Looking For
Experience in startup marketing, B2B marketing, or growth marketing
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Ability to turn technical products into clear, simple messaging
Experience with website updates, email campaigns, and social content
Comfortable working across strategy and execution
Organized, proactive, and able to move quickly with limited structure
Nice to Have
Experience in climate tech, agtech, industrial tech, AI, or hardware startups
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, HubSpot, Notion, or Webflow
Experience supporting fundraising materials or founder-led sales
Experience with event marketing, trade shows, or partnership marketing
